In the meantime, a bus-friendly connection taking workers to the existing Rouse Hill town centre and future railway station will be given priority.

Local agents are pitching large land-holdings as ideal “buy and hold” properties for the future, so it could be some time before there are substantial changes in the area, but stay tuned for a makeover Rouse Hill-style.
